Kevin is a co-founder and joint Managing Director of Arwel Douglas Limited. He works with whole organisations, senior teams and individual executives in blue chip businesses to help them to create and lead high performance. His post-graduate qualifications include an MBA, Executive Coaching Supervision and he is a trained Executive Assessor.

She specialises in designing and running development events for groups of executives and senior managers in the areas of Leadership, Influencing, Coaching, Consulting, Facilitation and Change Management.
Clare has a Masters in Occupational Psychology and over 22 years’ experience working in the enhancement of business performance at organisational, team and individual levels. Clare works at all levels, from senior executive to middle management.
Yasmin has over 15 years of consulting experience and her approach has evolved to emphasise her facilitation, leadership development and coaching skills. She is a certified coach and a member of the International Coach Federation.
Ruth has worked in the field of organisational change for over 20 years, the last 10 being focussed on supporting organisations, teams and individuals in understanding and responding to the human aspects of change.
Martin has over 15 years’ experience as a management and change consultant, an executive/career coach, a senior leadership team facilitator, and an interpersonal skills trainer. Prior to this he worked as an executive in the Defence and Aerospace industry. This led to leadership roles relating to change management, organisation effectiveness, and team and leadership development.
Jonty is a Chartered Psychologist (UK) who has worked in Business for over twenty years. He is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, and works in both the UK and Sweden. He offers a range of services to help improve the recruitment and development of staff working in many different kinds of organisations. He has worked with groups and individuals at all levels of seniority from team leaders to board members.
